微創液壓上頜竇內提升術的臨床應用

Clinical application of minimally invasive transcrestal sinus floor elevation with hydraulic pressure technique

摘要 目的探討在上頜後牙區骨量不足病例使用微創液壓上頜竇內提升術植入種植體的療效。方法對13例上頜後牙缺失患者(男8例,女5例)進行微創水壓上頜竇內提升術,同期植入種植體,測量術前和術後3個月牙槽骨高度。結果一共植入17枚植體,剩餘牙槽骨高度範圍在2.4~8.1mm,竇黏膜提升高度在3.3~11.0mm之間,全部病例未出現竇黏膜穿孔,種植體成功率100%。結論液壓上頜竇內提升術是一種安全的微創手術方法,但需要更多長期臨床研究來觀察。 Objective To explore the result of minimally invasive transcrestal sinus floor elevation with hydraulic pressure technique at posterior region of severe maxillary atrophy.Methods Transcrestal sinus floor elevation with hydraulic pressure and implant insertion simultaneously were carried out in 13 patients(8 males,5 females)with missing teeth in posterior maxillary region.A ridge bone height were measured before and after 3 months of surgery.Results 17 implant were inserted,alveolar ridge height ranged from 2.4 to 8.1mm,distance sinus membrane lifted from 3.3 to 11.0mm.Conclusion Transcrestal sinus floor elevation with hydraulic pressure is minimally invasive and safe surgical technique,but further long term clinical studies are required.
