四手操作在口腔根管治療中的醫護配合分析

Analysis of Four-handed operation root canal therapy in the oral health care

目的探討四手操作醫護配合在口腔科根管治療中的臨床效果。方法選擇本院2012年1月~12月應用四手操作方法和傳統護理操作方法進行根管治療的100名患者,對其臨床資料進行回顧性分析。結果統計分析四手操作組與傳統護理操作組的平均治療時間、根管充填品質、患者滿意度,兩組間差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論與傳統護理操作相比,四手操作具有明顯的優越性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of dental root canal therapy with four-hand operation.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 100 root canal therapy with the four-handed operation and the traditional care from January to December 2012 in Kiang Wu Hospital.Results The average duration of treatment,root canal filling quality and patient satisfaction between four-handed operation and the traditional care group were significanltly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal therapy with four-hand operation has high efficiency,high-quality features,and rapid medical treatment,and superior to traditional method.
