鼻內鏡下經口徑路兒童腺樣體低溫等離子融切術52例體會

Review of 52 children with Adenoid hypertrophy treated by endoscopic coblation adenoidectomy through oral approach

目的探討鼻內窺鏡直視下經口徑路兒童腺樣體低溫等離子融切術的臨床治療優勢。方法收集2009年8月~2014年7月本院收治的兒童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合症中腺樣體肥大的患兒共52例,全部病例均在鼻內窺鏡直視下經口徑路行腺樣體低溫等離子融切術。結果52例鼻內窺鏡直視下經口徑路兒童腺樣體低溫等離子融切術中均無併發術後出血及腺樣體殘留,其中51例術中出血少於2ml,僅1例術中出血30ml。均在15min內完成手術,術後50例均無不適反應,僅2例有輕微疼痛反應。結論鼻內窺鏡直視下經口徑路腺樣體低溫等離子融切術能減少術中、術後出血,手術視野清晰,病灶切除徹底,提高手術安全性及療效,減少術後併發症,值得推廣。

Objective To investigate the clinical advantages of endoscopic coblation adenoidectomy through oral approach in children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods Total 52 cases of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)due to Adenoid hypertrophy from August 2009 to July 2014 were collected.All patients were treated with endoscopic coblation adenoidectomy.Results Total 52 cases of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)due to Adenoid hypertrophy from August 2009 to July 2014 were collected.All patients were treated with endoscopic coblation adenoidectomy.Conclusion Endoscopic Colation Adeniodectomy can reduce operative and postoperative bleeding,clear operative field,complete excision,improve surgical safety and efficacy,reduce postoperative complications,thus worthy to promote.
