超聲檢查及鉬鈀照片檢查在兩類特殊類型乳腺癌的影像診斷價值的比較分析:乳腺囊內乳頭狀癌、髓樣癌

Comparative analysis on diagnostic value of ultrasound and X-ray mammography in two specialtypes of breast cancer:Intracystic papillary carcinoma and medullary carcinoma

目的比較分析超聲檢查及鉬鈀照片檢查在兩類特殊類型乳腺癌:囊內乳頭狀癌和髓樣癌的影像診斷的應用價值。方法同時行鉬靶照片檢查和超聲波檢查且病理診斷為導管內乳頭狀癌和髓樣癌各兩例,比較分析其鉬靶照片徵象和超聲聲像特點,結合該兩類乳腺癌的病理特點,瞭解影像學徵象與病理的相關性,進而評價超聲檢查及靶檢查在該兩類乳腺癌診斷中的應用價值。結果在該兩類乳腺癌各兩例病例中,超聲檢查能够從多個方面對病變作出綜合性診斷,對病變的良惡性鑒別提供更多的依據;超聲檢查的聲像特點與病變的病理特點具有一定相關性,對病變的良惡性及病理類型具有一定的提示作用。結論對於一些特殊類型的乳腺癌,超聲檢查在顯示病變和診斷方面更具有優勢。

Objective Comparative analysis on diagnostic value of Ultrasonography and X-ray Mammography in two special types of breast cancer:Intracystic papillary carcinoma and Medullary carcinoma.Methods Two cases of intracystic papillary carcinoma and two cases of medullary carcinoma,the characteristics of the lesions present on ultrasonography and mammography are analysed,the correlation of the characteristics with pathology are analysed as well.Results As for these two special type breast cancer,ultrasonography can provide more information for diagnosis and differential diagnosis for malignant and benign lesion,the ultrasound characteristics have some consistence with pathology.Conclusion Ultrasonography has advantages on diagnosis of intracystic papillary carcinoma and medullary carcinoma.
