鏡湖醫院皮膚科門診抗菌藥物用藥分析

Investigation on the usage of antibiotics in Dermatology Department in Kiang Wu Hospital

目的瞭解鏡湖醫院皮膚科門診處方中抗菌藥物使用情況。方法對2013年6月~2014年5月皮膚科門診全部處方進行統計。結果抗菌藥物處方佔總處方數的9.47%,抗菌藥物的使用頻率前3位依次是四環素類、硝基咪唑類、大環內酯類抗生素。結論鏡湖醫院皮膚科門診抗菌藥物的使用較為合理,但也存在一些不合理使用情況。

Objective To investigate the usage of antibiotics in dermatology department in Kiang Wu hospital.Methods All prescriptions in dermatology outpatient-departments in Kiang Wu hospital from June 2013 to May 2014were analyzed.Results The utility ratio of antibiotic in collection of prescription is about 9.47%and the top 3 of which were tetracyclines,nitroimidazoles and macrolides.Conclusion The usage of antibiotics is basically reasonable,but still there are some irrational usage.
