摘要
着眼于大渡口灌区,分析该灌区现存的问题及实施的相关整治措施,并从生态环境与社会经济2个方面选取21项指标,构建基于FAHP方法的综合评价模型,对模型的判断矩阵进行了一致性检验,并计算了D层指标的总排序和总权重向量矩阵,再利用专家评价法计算单因素隶属度,最终求得综合指标结果 B=0.852,说明大渡口灌区的节水配套改进工程取得了较好的实施效果,改进是成功的。
Focusing on the Dadukou irrigation area,this paper analyzes the existing problems and the relevant improvement measures implemented in the irrigation area,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model based on the FAHP method from the two aspects of ecological environment and social economy,considering 21 indicators. The consistency of the judgment matrix of the model is tested,and the total ranking and total weight vector matrix of the D-level indicators are calculated. The expert evaluation method was used to calculate the membership degree of single factor,and finally the comprehensive index result B=0.852 was obtained. It shows that the water-saving supporting improvement project in Dadukou irrigation area has achieved good implementation effect and the improvement is successful.
