神曲提取物对蛋鸭产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响

摘要 为研究不同比例的神曲提取物对蛋鸭产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响,试验选取200日龄广西麻鸭母鸭240只,总共分成4个组,即对照组,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组四个重复,每个重复15只。对照组只喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别于基础日粮中添加500、1000、1500 mg/kg的神曲提取物,预饲期7 d,正式期35 d。结果表明:对照组的日均采食量最高,与试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组相比高出了8.89%、10.83%、13.12%(P<0.05),各试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);对照组、试验Ⅰ、试Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间的平均蛋重差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组产蛋率最高,与试Ⅰ组相比提高了10.60%(P<0.05),与对照组相比提高了25.58%(P<0.01),试Ⅱ组次之,与试Ⅰ组相比高出了9.37%(P<0.05),与对照组相比提高了24.18%(P<0.01),试Ⅰ组与对照组相比提高了13.54%(P<0.01),试Ⅲ组与试Ⅱ组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组的饲料转化率最高,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的料蛋比与对照组相比分别降低了22.29%、24.63%(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组与其他组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05);蛋鸭日粮中添加神曲提取物对鸭蛋的蛋品质无不良影响。综上所述,本试验条件下,综合经济效益考虑,1000 mg/kg的添加比例性价比最优。 The effects of different proportions of medicated leaven extract on laying performance and egg quality of laying ducks were studied.240 female Guangxi spotted ducks of 200 days old were divided into four groups:control group,test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand test groupⅢ.There were four repetitions in each group,and 15 ducks in each repetition.The control group was only fed with basal diet.The experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢwere added with 500,1000 mg/kg and 1500 mg/kg medicated leaven extract respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the official period was 35 days.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of the control group was the highest,which was 8.89%(P<0.05)higher than that of test groupⅠ,10.83%(P<0.05)higher than that of test groupⅡand 13.12%(P<0.05)higher than that of test groupⅢ.there was no significant difference among the three test groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in average egg weight among control group,test groupⅠ,test groupⅡand test groupⅢ(P>0.05);The egg laying rate of test groupⅢwas the highest,increased by 10.60%(P<0.05)compared with test groupⅠ,increased by 25.58%(P<0.01)compared with the control group,followed by test groupⅡ,increased by 9.37%(P<0.05)compared with test groupⅠ,increased by 24.18%(P<0.01)compared with the control group,test groupⅠincreased by 13.54%(P<0.01)compared with the control group,and there was no significant difference between test groupⅢand test groupⅡ(P>0.05);The feed conversion rate of test groupⅢwas the highest,followed by test groupⅡ.The feed egg ratio of test groupⅢand test groupⅡdecreased by 24.63%and 22.29%respectively compared with the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between test groupⅠand test groupⅡ,test groupⅢand control group(P>0.05);The addition of medicated leaven extract in laying duck diet had no adverse effect on the egg quality of duck eggs.To sum up,under the experimental conditions,considering the comprehensive economic benefits,the addition ratio of 1000 mg/kg was the best.
