滤袋式纤维分析仪检测饲料中粗纤维

Determination of crude fiber in feeds by filter bag fiber analyzer

为建立滤袋式纤维分析仪检测饲料中粗纤维方法,以国家标准GB/T 6434-2006为参考依据,将滤袋替代滤埚,利用滤袋式纤维分析仪,在特定条件下,用固定量的酸和碱消煮,再用有机溶剂除去脂溶物,经高温灼烧扣除矿物的量。结果表明:本方法检测饲料中粗纤维,其重复性RSD值分布在0.13%~6.46%,质控样回收率为(93.14±3.66)%,并与过滤式纤维分析仪法比较,结果间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示采用滤袋式纤维分析仪测定可在线连续酸、碱消煮和洗涤,操作简便,结果准确,批量检测分析成本低,适用于饲料原料及饲料产品中粗纤维的测定。

To establish a method for the determination of crude fiber in feeds by filter bag fiber analyzer.Based on the national standard GB/T 6434-2006,filter bag instead of filter crucible,samples were analyzed by filter bag fiber analyzer,crude fiber was loss on ignition of dried residue remaining after digestion of sample with acid and alkali solutions under specific conditions.Crude fiber in feeds could be anlyzed by filter bag fiber analyzer.The results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of repeatability were0.13%~6.46%.The recoveries of quality control sample were(93.14±3.66)%.The results indicated that there were no significant difference between filter bag method and filtration(P>0.05).Determination by filter bag fiber analyzer was an integration of on-line acid and alkali digestion,washing and filtrating.The method was simple and accurate,the cost of this kind of batch testing was low,which could be applied to the determination of crude fiber in feeds.
