油菜miR399生物信息学分析及靶基因功能预测

摘要 本试验利用生物信息学方法分析油菜miR399的分子特征及其靶基因功能,以揭示此基因在油菜生长发育及代谢过程中的重要作用。油菜miR399共有22个成员,其成熟序列长度为20~21 nt,含有17个保守位点,具有高度的保守性。22个前体序列分为6个分支,其中Bna-miR a、b、d、f、l、o和q为第Ⅰ分支,Bna-miR c、e、k、m和p为第Ⅱ分支,Bna-miR i为第Ⅲ分支,Bna-miR g和h为第Ⅳ分支,Bna-miR n和r为第Ⅴ分支,Bna-miR j、s、t、u和v为第Ⅵ分支。靶基因分析表明,miR399参与调控油菜DNA修复、生长发育、光反应周期、生物合成、胁迫响应等多种生理生化过程,对油菜的生长发育起到重要作用。 The molecular characteristics of rapeseed miR399 and its target gene functions were analyzed by bioinformatics to reveal this gene’s critical role in the growth,development,and metabolism of rapeseed.Rape miR399 had a total of 22 members,and its mature sequence length was 20~21 nt and contains 17conserved sites,which were highly conserved.The 22 precursor sequences were divided into six branches,of which Bna-miR a,b,d,f,l,o and q were the first branch,and Bna-miR c,e,k,m and p were the second branch,Bna-miRi was branchⅢ,Bna-miR g and h were branchⅣ,Bna-miR n and r were branch v,and Bna-miR j,s,t,u and v were branchⅥ.Target gene analysis showed that miR399 was involved in regulating various physiological and biochemical processes such as DNA repair,growth and development,photoreaction cycle,biosynthesis,and stress response and played an essential role in the growth and development rapeseed.
