玉米湿酒糟及可溶物和浓缩可溶物在肉牛生产上的应用

Feeding value of corn wet distiller’s grains with solubles and concentrated solubles for beef cattle

玉米酒糟是利用玉米发酵加工生产乙醇后产生的主要联产品,是畜禽养殖的蛋白质、能量等营养成分的重要来源之一。当前市场主要销售的玉米干酒糟及可溶物(DDGS)水分含量低,便于存储和运输,但是其加工过程不仅消耗了大量的能源动力,而且损失了部分的营养物质。作为蛋白和能量饲料,将玉米湿酒糟及可溶物或浓缩可溶物按10%~20%的比例添加至肉牛日粮中,替代部分的玉米和豆粕,不仅可以提升日粮的整体转化效率,而且能在一定程度上提高牛肉的品质评级。本文重点梳理了有关利用玉米湿酒糟及可溶物和浓缩可溶物(WDGS)作为饲料直接饲喂肉牛的研究成果,为乙醇生产企业和肉牛养殖户提供一种新的产品应用方案。

Corn distiller’s grains is the main co-product of ethanol production.It is one of the important sources of protein,energy and other nutrients for livestock and poultry breeding.Dried distillers’grain and solubles(DDGS)with low moisture content is easy for store and transport,however its processing consumes a lot of energy and also loses part of its nutrients.As a protein and energy feed,adding corn wet distiller’s grains with solubles or concentrated solubles to beef cattle diets at a ratio of 10%~20%to replace part of corn and soybean meal can not only improve the overall conversion efficiency of the diet,and can improve the quality rating of beef to a certain extent.This paper focused on the research results of using corn wet distiller’s grains with solubles and concentrated solubles as feed to directly feed beef cattle,and provide a new product application scheme for ethanol production enterprises and beef cattle farmers.
