摘要
饲料资源短缺是我国养殖业从大国迈向强国的制约因素。我国花生种植面积和产量居世界首位。花生粕和花生秸秆具有很好的饲用价值,高效和深度利用这些资源是缓解饲粮短缺的有效途径之一。本文在简要概括花生粕和花生秸秆营养价值的基础上,详细总结了近年来花生粕、花生秸秆的饲用加工技术,在不同种动物饲喂方式及效果的研究进展,并对花生粕、花生秸秆的饲用研究进行展望,以期为饲料资源的深度开发和高效利用提供参考。
The shortage of feed resources is the restricting factor of China’s breeding industry from big to strong.The planting area and yield of peanut in China are the first in the world.Peanut meal and peanut straw have good feeding value,and efficient and deep utilization of these resourced is an effective approach to alleviate the shortage of feeds.This review briefly summarized the nutritional value of peanut meal and peanut straw,detail summarized the research progress on feeding methods and effects for different animals of peanut meal and peanut straw in recent years,and put forward the research prospects of peanut meal and peanut straw in animal feeding,in order to provide a reference for the further development and efficient utilization of feed resources.
