一种新型军用多功能防护牙套的研制与应用

摘要 目的针对军事训练中剧烈对抗运动时牙齿外伤防护的需要,弥补现有成品牙套功能单一、不适用于军事训练或战斗用途的缺陷,开发一种新型军用多功能防护牙套用于相关军事人员的牙齿防护。方法抗冲击防牙伤多功能防护牙套包括通过底部连接的外侧壁和内侧壁,且外侧壁与内侧壁之间形成牙槽,牙槽的形状与牙齿排列形状相吻合,在牙槽下表面的中间位置及左右两侧设有缓冲垫。结果抗冲击防牙伤多功能防护牙套牙槽下表面增加了缓冲垫,使牙套和牙齿接触摩擦系数加大,利于下颌牙齿吻合和牙套的稳固;优化去除传统牙套定型环节,无需手佩戴辅助,在军事训练或军事行动中取用更加方便;能有效减少面部冲击伤害,同时佩戴牙套可以缓解军事行动中的焦虑情绪,有助于调节紧张状态。结论抗冲击防牙伤多功能防护牙套结构简单、易携带,可有效防护军事训练牙齿外伤。 Objective To develop a new military multifunctional protective mouthguard for dental protection of related military personnel, so as to meet the needs of dental trauma protection during violent confrontation exercises in military training and make up for the defects of the existing mouthguard which has single function and is not suitable for military training or combat. Methods Impact-resistant and anti-tooth injury multifunctional protective mouthguard includes an external wall and an internal wall connected through the bottom, and an alveolar is formed between the external wall and the internal wall. The shape of the alveolar is consistent with the shape of the tooth arrangement, and the middle position and left and right sides of the lower surface of the alveolar are provided with buffer pads. Results Impact-resistant and anti-tooth injury multifunctional protective mouthguard adds cushion pad on the lower surface of the alveolar, increasing the friction coefficient between the mouthguard and teeth, which is conducive to the anastomosis of the mandibular teeth and the stability of mouthguard. It optimizes the removal of traditional mouthguard, not requiring hand assistance, which is more convenient to use in military training or military operations. It can effectively reduce facial impact injuries, and at the same time wearing mouthguard can relieve anxiety during military operations and help regulate tension. Conclusion Impact-resistant and anti-tooth injury multifunctional protective mouthguard is simple in structure and easy to carry, which can effectively protect against dental trauma in military training.
