注意瞬脱在军事飞行员停飞中的探索性研究

An exploratory study of attentional blink in grounding of military pilots

目的探讨注意瞬脱(AB)应用于军事飞行员停飞中的可行性。方法对83名年龄27~53岁的男性军事飞行员进行AB任务测试,并采集目前的飞行状况信息。飞行员从年龄角度划分为“年龄≤40岁组”(n=27)、“40<年龄≤45岁组”(n=26)和“年龄>45岁组”(n=30),从目前的飞行情况划分为在飞组(n=65)和停飞组(n=18)。结果“年龄≤40岁组”和“40<年龄≤45岁组”在AB任务中的表现均高于“年龄>45岁组”(P<0.01),但“年龄≤40岁组”和“40<年龄≤45岁组”之间不存在统计学差异(P=0.834);年龄和停飞人数密切相关(χ^(2)=17.61,P<0.001);在飞组飞行员在AB任务中的表现高于停飞组(t=2.16,P<0.05)。结论将AB表现纳入到因年龄停飞的评判标准中具有一定的可行性,可以丰富停飞标准的内涵。

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying attentional blink(AB)to military pilots grounding.Methods Eighty-three male military pilots aged 2753 years old were tested by AB task,and the information about their current flight conditions were collected.The pilots were divided into three groups:“age≤40 group”(n=27),“40<age≤45 group”(n=26)and“age>45 group”(n=30).According to the current flight situation,they were divided into flying group(n=65)and grounded group(n=18).Results The performance of the“age≤40 group”and“40<age≤45 group”in the AB task was significantly higher than that of the“age>45 group”(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference(P=0.834)between the“age≤40 group”and“40<age≤45 group”.There was a significant correlation between age and the number of grounded pilots(χ^(2)=17.61,P<0.001).The performance of the flying group in the AB task was significantly higher than that of the grounded group(t=2.16,P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to incorporate AB performance into the criteria of military pilots grounding due to age,which can enrich the connotation of grounding criteria.
