摘要
大数据技术在配电网工程管理中的应用越来越广。当下,多数配电变台工程项目在数据处理方面能力有限,对需要重点管控的建设成本偏差指标的识别能力较弱,导致配电变台工程中长期存在的一些偏差指标难以得到及时地管控。设计基于模糊Petri网理论配电变台工程建设成本偏差指标的诊断模型及预警机制,并通过案例分析诊断出配电变台工程建设成本中须进行重点管控的偏差指标,预警后续可能会出现偏差的建设成本指标。所提出的诊断与预警方法可以为配电变台工程成本管理提供新思路。
Big data technology is more and more widely used in distribution network engineering management.Currently,most power distribution transformer engineering projects have limited data processing capabilities,and the ability to identify construction cost deviation indicators that need to be focused on management and control is weak,which makes it difficult to timely control some deviation indicators existing in power distribution transformer engineering.The diagnostic model and early warning mechanism of the deviation index for distribution transformer engineering construction cost based on fuzzy Petri net were designed. The deviation index that needs to be controlled in the construction cost of distribution transformer engineering was diagnosed through case analysis,and early warning was given to the construction cost indicators that may deviate in the future.The proposed diagnosis and early warning method can provide a new idea for the cost management of distribution transformer engineering.
