基于多体动力学的海底管线终端布放过程分析

摘要 为了充分了解海底管线终端(Pipeline end termination,PLET)布放动态过程,提高安装质量,本文基于多体动力学方法对PLET布放过程进行研究,采用经验公式确定各结构物上的水动力,建立了布放过程动力学仿真模型,通过开展PLET动态过程响应分析,得到流速、水深、PLET尺寸对缆索伸长、PLET落点偏移以及缆索顶端受力等的影响规律,研究结果可为提高PLET安装质量提供一定的理论支撑。 The Pipeline End Termination(PLET)plays an important role in connecting various production facilities in the underwater production system,its installation quality is an vital factor affecting the safety of oil and gas transportation.In order to understand the dynamic process of PLET deployment,this paper studies the PLET deployment process based on multi-body dynamics method.The hydrodynamic forces on each structure are determined by empirical formula,and the dynamic simulation model of deployment process is established,then change the underwater working conditions for analysis,including velocity,water depth and PLET size,then the stretched length of cable,installation position offset and cable tension under different working conditions are obtained,which has a good theoretical guiding significance for improving PLET installation quality.
