装配式箱涵在铁科高速公路工程中的应用

Application of Assembled Box Culvert in Tieke Expressway Project

本文以铁科高速公路工程为例,通过对装配式箱涵设计与施工的调研分析,结合装配式箱涵的施工工艺特点,对装配式箱涵施工准备进行了分析,就单构件及四构件装配式箱涵的吊装技术要点展开了详细的研究。提出了防水和台背回填的处理措施,为公路装配式箱涵工程逐步发展为模数化、标准化和工业化的模式提供技术支撑。

This paper takes Tieke Expressway project as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the design and construction of the assembled box culvert,combined with the construction process characteristics of the assembled box culvert,the construction preparation of the assembled box culvert is analyzed,and the key points of the lifting technology of the single-member and four-member assembled box culvert are studied in detail.The treatment measures of waterproofing and backfilling are put forward to provide technical support for the modular,standardized and industrialized mode of the highway prefabricated box culvert project.
