建筑工程造价超预算的成因与应对措施研究

为避免建筑工程项目在竣工结算阶段出现超预算现象,保证项目造价的科学性与合理性,有必要开展工程造价超预算的成因与应对措施的研究。本文从保证建筑工程项目工序的有序推进和保证建筑项目稳定收益两方面,分析建筑工程造价预算控制的重要性,以及造成建筑工程造价超预算的主要原因,并找出相应的解决方法:应设计优化概预算工作模式,确保项目概预算结果与工程施工实际支出具有较高的适配度;强化现场施工变更控制与管理,将施工变更对项目超预算造成的风险降至最低;辅助BIM技术,建立针对建筑工程项目的空间结构模型,以此为依据组织施工方案,降低由于不规范设计图纸造成的设计变更发生次数,将项目施工造价支出控制在预期范围内。

In order to avoid the over budget phenomenon in the completion settlement stage of construction projects and ensure the scientificity and rationality of the project cost,it is necessary to carry out the research on the causes and countermeasures of the over budget project cost.This paper analyzes the importance of construction project cost budget control,the main reasons for the construction project cost exceeding the budget,and finds out the corresponding solutions from two aspects of ensuring the orderly progress of the construction project process and ensuring the stable income of the construction project,we should design an optimized budget estimation mode to ensure that the project budget estimation results have a high degree of adaptation to the actual expenditure of the project construction,and strengthen the control and management of on-site construction changes,and minimize the risks caused by construction changes to the project budget,and with the help of BIM technology,the spatial structure model for construction projects is established,and the construction plan is organized based on this,so as to reduce the number of design changes caused by non-standard design drawings and control the project construction cost expenditure within the expected range.
