This paper introduces the manufacturing process of the industrial coil electric heater made of Incoloy800H special material. And briefly introduces the hot working process, welding process and heat treatment process in the manufacturing process. Combined with the production and use requirements of the coil and the particularity of the material itself, this paper explains the key points and difficulties of each process link, proposes solutions, and puts forward preventive measures for possible problems.
