摘要
在聚合温度为70℃条件下,考察了淤浆聚合中催化剂加入量对适用于高橡胶含量抗冲共聚丙烯催化剂BCT的影响。实验结果表明,当催化剂用量低于70mg时,聚合活性比较稳定,此时反应主要受动力学控制;催化剂用量在70~120mg之间时,随催化剂用量的加大,聚合活性不断降低,此时受扩散因素的影响更大;当催化剂的用量超过120mg后,聚合反应主要受扩散控制。为了更好的体现催化剂的性能,BCT催化剂进行动力学实验时,优化的催化剂的用量30~70mg。
The effect of catalyst dosage on BCT catalyst for high rubber content impact copolypropylene was investigated at 70 ℃. The experimental results show that when the amount of catalyst is less than 70mg,the polymerization activity is relatively stable,and the reaction is mainly controlled by kinetics;When the amount of catalyst is between 70 ~ 120mg,the polymerization activity decreases with the increase of the amount of catalyst,which is more affected by diffusion factors;When the amount of catalyst exceeds 120mg,the polymerization reaction is mainly controlled by diffusion. In order to better reflect the performance of the catalyst,when BCT catalyst is used for kinetic experiment,the amount of optimized catalyst is not higher than 70mg.
