摘要
针对渤海某油田在钻井作业过程中阻卡及憋泵蹩扭矩的情况,室内分析了原因,针对明化镇组和馆陶组软泥岩地层水化分散性强和地层胶结疏松的特性,优化了抑制性和封堵性,针对斜井段优化了流变性,针对馆陶组高孔渗储层段优化了滤失性能,PEC钻井液体系在现场应用井段钻井液性能稳定、井径规则、作业总体顺利,有利于降本增效。
In view of the blockage and torque deficiency of the pump during drilling in an oilfield in Bohai Sea,the reasons were analyzed in the laboratory,and the inhibition and plugging properties were optimized for the characteristics of strong hydration dispersion and loose formation cementation in soft mudstone formations of Minghuazhen and Guantao formations,the rheology was optimized for deviated well section,and the filtration performance was optimized for the high porosity and permeability reservoir section of Guantao Formation. PEC drilling fluid system has stable drilling fluid performance,regular well diameter and smooth operation in the field application section,which is conducive to cost reduction and efficiency increase.
