摘要
渤海油田是注水开发油田,延长注水井管柱寿命,可以保证井的安全完整性,这对于油田增产和降低成本都至关重要。影响注水井管柱寿命的重要因素为注水水源的水质和注水速率。以渤海A油田作为研究对象,从注水的水质分析结果出发,再通过研究腐蚀机理,从而合理地选择注水井管材。同时通过对临界冲蚀流速概念的理解,计算并制定合理的注水量,可以有效避免注水井管柱冲蚀的发生,提高注水井的完整性。这些措施能够有效保证渤海油田“注好水”、“注够水”、“合理注水”的总原则,为渤海油田增储上产提供有力保障。
Bohai Oilfield is a water injection oilfield. Extending the service life of water injection well string can ensure the integrity and safety of the well,which is very important for increasing production and reducing cost of the oilfield. The important factors affecting the service life of water injection well string are the water quality and water injection rate of water injection source. This paper takes Bohai A Oilfield as the research object,starting from the water quality analysis results of water injection,and then through the study of corrosion mechanism,so as to reasonably select the pipes of water injection wells. At the same time,through the understanding of the concept of critical erosion velocity,calculating and formulating a reasonable water injection volume can effectively avoid the erosion of the water injection well string and improve the integrity of the water injection well. These measures can effectively ensure the general principles of “good water injection”,“sufficient water injection” and “reasonable water injection”in Bohai Oilfield,and provide a strong guarantee for Bohai Oilfield to increase reserves and production.
