灌装站定量装车系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Quantitative Loading System in Filling Station

近年来国内石化企业油品装车通常采用定量装车控制系统,操作简单、计量精度高、监控功能完备,实现了装车过程自动化、生产管理计算机化和信息管理网络化。以某石化分公司灌装站为例,介绍了定量装车系统的设计方案,讨论了现场设备的选型。设计结果表明,油品灌装计量精度、装车效率、安全性能均能满足需求。

In recent years,domestic petrochemical enterprises usually use quantitative loading control system for oil loading,which is simple in operation,high in measurement accuracy,and complete in monitoring function. It realizes automation of loading process,computerization of production management,and networking of information management. Taking the filling station of a petrochemical branch company as an example,this paper introduces the design scheme of the quantitative loading system and discusses the selection of field equipment. The design results show that the metering accuracy,loading efficiency and safety performance of oil filling can meet the requirements.
