摘要 随着世界经济的快速发展,各国对石油资源的需求日益增长,石油从地下被开采出来后通过单井管线源源不断地输送到附近的计量站或者终端。影响单井管线施工质量的一个很重要的方面就是防腐施工的质量,单井管线防腐质量差将导致管线直接遭受来自空气、土壤、输送油气的腐蚀,一旦管线被腐蚀穿孔将导致严重的后果:油气损失、环境污染、井口关停,甚至发生火灾等。以伊拉克米桑油田的单井管线为例,对管线防腐施工技术要点进行简单阐述分析,供业内相关单位及专业人员参考。 With the rapid development of the world economy,the demand for oil resources in various countries is increasing day by day. After being extracted from the ground,oil is continuously transported to nearby metering stations or terminals through single well pipelines. A very important aspect affecting the construction quality of single well pipeline is the quality of anti-corrosion construction. The poor anti-corrosion quality of single well pipeline will lead to the direct corrosion of the pipeline from air,soil and transmitted oil and gas. Once the pipeline is corroded and perforated,it will lead to many serious consequences: oil and gas loss,environmental pollution,wellhead shutdown,and even fire. Taking the single well pipeline of MISSAN oilfield in Iraq as an example,this paper briefly expounds and analyzes several key points of pipeline anti-corrosion construction technology,which can be used as a reference for relevant units and professionals in the industry.
