石油行业“走出去”是综合国力提升的重要表现,也是经济全球化的大势所趋,各公司承揽海外项目时所面对的风险和应对措施不尽相同,结合笔者经历项目的具体情况,对本企业的项目对风险管控措施进行针对性分析。
