深水水下采油树系统完整性测试技术分析

摘要 针对深水区域的高压环境和复杂的地质条件,水下采油树安装时压力系统的完整性难以判断的问题,建设并形成了自主的水下采油树完整性测试技术。该技术通过自主化水下采油树完整性测试设备方案及测试步骤,提升水下采油树气密测试压力等级至10000psi,扩大移动式气压试验单元压力范围为50~22500psi,实现水下采油树在海底生产过程工况模拟,确保水下采油树保持压力系统完整状态入水安装。技术成果广泛应用于深水气田勘探开发钻完井工程中,有力保障了深水油气田安全高效开发。 In view of the high pressure environment and complex geological conditions in deep water area,it is difficult to judge the integrity of the pressure system during installation of subsea tree,so an autonomous subsea tree integrity testing technology is established and formed. This technology can improve the pressure level of subsea tree air-tight test to 10,000 psi and expand the pressure range of mobile air pressure test unit to 50 ~ 22,500psi by self-adapting the subsea tree integrity test equipment scheme and test procedures,which realize the subsea XMT production process simulation and ensure the subsea XMT is installed with the pressure system intact. The technical achievements are widely used in deepwater gas field exploration,development,drilling and completion engineering,effectively guaranteeing the safe and efficient development of deepwater oil and gas fields.
