摘要
筛选耐冷性强的玉米种质资源,是玉米生产发展的重要支持。本研究以巴塘县地方玉米种质资源为试验材料,通过人工气候箱模拟低温环境条件,进行低温胁迫和标准发芽试验,测定幼苗株高、鲜重、干重三项生长指标,计算总鲜重(TFW/g)、总干重,并测定相对叶绿素含量、相对电导率两项生理生化指标。结果表明,巴塘地方玉米材料在低温条件下生长受到抑制,其中材料367、369耐冷性较好。
It plays an important role in supporting the production and development of corn to screen out the corn with strong chilling resistallce.In this study,the germplasm resources of the local corn in Batang County were adopted as experimental materials.Under the circumstance of low temperatures in the growth cabinet,the low-temperature stress test and standard germination test were carried out to measure the three growth indexes of seedlings,that is,the plant height,fresh weight and dry weight.The total fresh weight(TFW/g)and total dry weight were achieved.The two physiological and biochemical indexes,that is,the relative chlorophyll content and the relative conductivity,were also determined.The results showed that the growth of the local corn materials in Batang was inhibited at low temperatures,and Material 367 and Material 369 have stronger chilling resistallce.
