雷波县草原资源保护与生态修复现状及建议

The Current Situation and Suggestions of Grassland Resources Protection and Ecological Restoration in LeiBo County

近年来,雷波县持续实施草原生态补助奖励政策、退牧还草、人工种草、草原鼠虫害防治等草原资源保护与生态修复工程,加大草原保护制度落实力度,草原植被明显恢复,生物多样性增加,植物群落结构改善,草原生态恶化势头得到遏制,但仍存在部分区域草原生态环境较为脆弱,农牧民草原生态保护意识仍比较淡泊,草原鼠虫害时有发生,为此提出了草原资源保护与生态修复的对策和建议。

In recent years,LeiBo County continues to implement the grassland ecosystem subsidy award and policy,the returning grazing land to grassland project,the artificial grass-planting,the control of rodent and insect pests in grassland and ect grassland resources protection and ecological restoration project,and increasing the intensity of grassland protection system implementation,apparent recovery of grassland vegetation,increase biodiversity,improvement of plant community structure,finally the deterioration momentum of grassland ecology has been curbed.However,there are still some areas where the grassland ecological environment is relatively fragile,farmers and herdsmen still have weak awareness of grassland ecological protection,the control of rodent and insect pests in grassland occurs from time to time.Therefore,the author put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of grassland resources protection and ecological restoration.
