摘要
旅游目的地形象是旅游者进行旅游选择和决策的重要影响因素之一。新媒体的快速发展实现人们获取信息的全面性和实效性。现从游客的视角出发,选取济南重点旅游景点为研究对象,通过建立旅游者中英文网络评论语料库进行话语分析,探讨国内外游客对济南旅游目的地形象的感知,总结消极评论反馈出的相关问题,并针对如何提升游客的体验评价提出了有益的建议。
Tourism destination image is one of the important influencing factors for tourists to make tourism choices and decisions.The rapid development of new media has realized the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of people’s access to information.From the perspective of tourists,this study selects the key tourist attractions in Jinan as the research object.Through the establishment of a Chinese and English online comment corpus of tourists for discourse analysis,it discusses the perception of domestic and foreign tourists on the image of Jinan tourism destination,summarizes the relevant problems reflected by negative comments,and puts forward useful suggestions on how to improve the experience evaluation of tourists.
