摘要
培育多样化、创新性的优秀实用技术人才是新型工科对应用型本科专业教学中的新需求。为培育更多高层次、创新性人才,并促进现代技术与学校课程的深度融合,首先阐述了“食品微生物学”课程改革的现状和要求;然后展开了混合式教学方法创新,理论课程与实践课程采用线上线下的方式,通过现代技术平台获得相关教学数据,利用反馈数据完善教学方式方法,并增加过程性评价占总学分比例,多维度综合性评价学生能力;最后给出了相应的课程体制改革构建路径,为混合教学方式提供了有效的实践途径。
Cultivating diversified and innovative outstanding practical technical talents is the new demand of new engineering for the teaching of applied undergraduate majors. In order to cultivate more high-level and innovative talents and promote the in-depth integration of modern technology and school curriculum, the authors firstly elaborated the current situation and requirements of the course reform of “Food microbiology”, and then carried out the innovation of blended teaching methods. Both theoretical courses and practical courses were adopted online and offline, and relevant teaching data were obtained through modern technology platform. The feedback data was used to improve the teaching methods and methods, and the proportion of process evaluation in the total credits was increased, and the ability was comprehensively evaluated in multi-dimensions. Finally, the corresponding construction path of curriculum system reform was developed, which provided an effective practice way for the mixed teaching method.
