Pt/MXene催化剂制备及其在缩合反应中的催化性能

摘要 以对氟硝基苯、丙酮和氢气为原料,在自制固定床反应器中进行加氢和烷基化反应,研究N-异丙基对氟苯胺连续化生产的新工艺。结果表明,以新型二维材料MXene为载体,担载活性金属Pt制得的催化剂在反应温度80℃、反应压力1 MPa和质量空速0.4 h^(-1)的条件下,N-异丙基对氟苯胺可实现高选择性、高稳定性、可持续规模化生产。该研究既拓宽了新型二维材料MXene的应用领域,也为N-异丙基对氟苯胺规模化生产提供了技术支持。 In this paper, using p-fluoronitrobenzene, acetone and hydrogen as raw materials, hydrogenation and alkylation were carried out in a self-made fixed-bed reactor, and a new process for continuous production of N-isopropyl-p-fluoroaniline was explored and studied.The new two-dimensional material MXene was used as the carrier, and the catalyst was prepared by supporting the active metal Pt.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 80 °C,reaction pressure of 1 MPa and mass space velocity of 0.4 h^(-1),N-isopropyl-p-fluoroaniline can achieve high selectivity, stability and sustainable large-scale production.This research not only enriches and broadens the application field of the new two-dimensional material MXene, but also provides technical support for the large-scale production of N-isopropyl-p-fluoroaniline.
