摘要
近年来,我国对于原油资源的需求量逐渐增大,使得国内的原油资源呈现出了缺失的状况,导致增加了对高含硫原油的加工量。原油中存在各种杂质,并且这些杂质的含量在一定程度上有所增加,但是炼油厂实施的加工手段不足以应对现代环保法对于发动机燃料质量的需求。再加上石油化工的迅速发展,各种油品加氢工艺的发展受到了很大的刺激,引起了氢气需求量的大幅度上升。同时,各种制氢装置的数量也在增加,推动了制氢技术的发展。作为石化行业各种油品加氢工艺装置关键配置的制氢装置,其能耗和氢气成本会对加氢装置的经济效益提升产生直接性的影响。为此,从我国炼油企业面临状况的角度分析,阐述了烯烃加氢工艺原理,分析当前的烯烃加氢工艺技术的应用现状,并且提出推动加氢工艺和加氢技术发展的策略。
In recent years,the demand for crude oil resources in China has gradually increased,which has led to the lack of domestic crude oil resources and the increase of processing capacity of high sulfur crude oil abroad.It is understood that there are various impurities in crude oil,and the content of these impurities has increased to a certain extent.However,the processing methods often implemented by refineries are insufficient to meet the requirements of modern environmental protection laws for engine fuel quality.In addition,with the rapid development of petrochemical industry,the development of various oil hydrogenation processes has been greatly stimulated,resulting in a significant increase in hydrogen demand.At the same time,the number of various hydrogen production units is also increasing,promoting the development of hydrogen production technology.As a key configuration of various oil products hydrogenation process units in the petrochemical industry,the hydrogen production unit's energy consumption and hydrogen cost will have a direct impact on the economic benefits of the hydrogenation unit.Therefore,from the perspective of the situation faced by China's oil refining enterprises,this paper describes the principle of olefin hydrogenation process,analyzes the current application status of olefin hydrogenation process technology,and proposes strategies to promote the development of hydrogenation process and hydrogenation technology,in order to lay a solid foundation for related research.
