摘要
酯化循环气作为乙二醇生产过程中的原料气和中间产物,各组分含量对整个反应系统的循环利用非常重要。通过两台气相色谱仪建立循环气全组分测定。其中PE-590色谱仪采用TCD检测器,配置2个通道利用阀切换技术分析氢气和永久性气体及二氧化碳,岛津GC-2014采用FID检测器分析酯化循环气中的亚硝酸甲酯。可快速准确分析得到循环气全组分含量,更有效地指导工艺生产。
Esterification recycle gas is used as the feed gas and intermediate product in the production of ethylene glycol. The content of each component is very important for the recycling of the whole reaction system.This method establishes the determination of all components of recycle gas through two gas chromatographs. Among them, pe-590 chromatograph adopts TCD detector, equipped with 2 channels, and uses valve switching technology to analyze hydrogen, permanent gas and carbon dioxide. Shimadzu gc-2014 uses FID detector to analyze methyl nitrite in esterification circulating gas. It can quickly and accurately analyze and obtain the content of all components of circulating gas, which can more effectively guide the process production.
