摘要
海上电缆施工是海上风电场建设的最后一个步骤,其中电缆末端抽拉作业是海上电缆施工最复杂的一项流程,而目前国内所使用的施工工艺存在着作业条件高、作业效率低,无法应对较恶劣环境的问题。介绍了一般常用的风机平台间电缆末端抽拉技术,并提出一种新的海上电缆末端抽拉方法,将其与目前使用的工艺流程进行对比,发现该新方法能有效提升海缆抽拉效率,降低作业要求,且作业精度高,在较恶劣环境能有效运作。
The offshore cable construction is the last step of offshore wind farm construction,in which the cable end pulling operation is the most complex process of offshore cable construction.However,the current construction technology used in China has the problems of high operating conditions,low operating efficiency and inability to cope with the worse environment.This paper introduces the commonly used cable end pulling technology between fan platforms,and puts forward a new method of cable end pulling at sea,which is compared with the current process flow.It is found that the new method can effectively improve the efficiency of cable pulling at sea,reduce the operation requirements,and has high operation accuracy.It can operate effectively in harsh environments.
