响应面法优化白芨多糖提取工艺

Optimization of Extraction Process of Bletilla Striata Polysaccharides by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了优化超声辅助水提醇沉法进行提取白芨多糖时的工艺技术参数,在分别进行超声温度、液料比、提取时间单因素实验的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合实验设计原则,以白芨多糖提取率为响应值,绘制响应面和等高线图,分析各因素的显著性和相互作用。结果表明,在超声波功率固定为100W的前提下,超声温度为51℃、超声时间为42min、料液比为22mL/g时,白芨多糖得率相对较高。 Objective To optimize the technological parameters of ultrasonic assisted water extraction and ethanol precipitation for the extraction of bletilla striata polysaccharides.Methods Based on the single factor experiments of ultrasonic temperature,liquid material ratio and extraction time respectively,and according to the design principle of Box Benhnken's central combination experiment,the response surface and contour map were drawn with the extraction rate of bletilla striata polysaccharide as the response value,and the significance and interaction of each factor were analyzed.Conclusion Under the premise of fixed ultrasonic power of 100W,the yield of bletilla striata polysaccharide is relatively high when the ultrasonic temperature is 51℃,the ultrasonic time is 42min,and the ratio of solid to liquid is 22mL/g.
