新工科背景下面向安全环保素质能力提升的化工专业生产实习教学研究

摘要 围绕新工科背景下对以安全、环保能力培养为导向的化工生产实习教学进行了探索,分析目前生产实习教学过程中存在的普遍问题,及安全、环保能力支撑不充分的现状。探索在实践教学过程中以学生为中心,从教学手段、教学内容、硬件支撑及师资队伍建设等方面着手,重构生产实习实践教学新形态,引导学生提高职业认同的同时,提升安全、环保认知,实现学生实践能力的有效提升。 This paper explores the chemical production practice teaching guided by the cultivation of safety and environmental protection ability under the background of new engineering.This paper analyzes the common problems existing in the current production practice teaching process,and the current situation of insufficient support for safety and environmental protection capabilities.It is explored that in the process of practical teaching,students should be the center,and the new form of production practice teaching should be reconstructed from the aspects of teaching means,teaching content,hardware support and teacher team construction,so as to guide students to improve their professional identity,improve their awareness of safety and environmental protection,and achieve effective improvement of students’practical ability.
