摘要
环境影响评价就是分析论证对人为活动中可能导致的环境影响,根据分析结果采取有效的预防和治理措施。环境影响评价具有科学性的特点,可以广泛应用在各类工程项目、开发活动中,是建设施工的重要依据。这是一种过程评价,在终点决策、开发建设活动落实前实施,可以展现预防功能。随着技术的发展,环境影响评价的方法不断增加,GIS技术在环境影响评价中应用,可以提升评价的准确性,为规划管理提供更多环境信息依据,确保项目规划的合理性。基于此,阐述了地理信息系统的具体功能和应用现状,分析了GIS技术在环境影响评价中的应用实践。
Environmental impact assessment is to analyze and demonstrate the possible environmental impact on human activities,and take effective prevention and treatment measures according to the analysis results.Environmental impact assessment is scientific and can be widely used in various engineering projects and development activities.It is an important basis for construction.This is a process evaluation,which can be implemented before the implementation of the terminal decision and development and construction activities to show the preventive function.With the development of technology,the methods of environmental impact assessment are increasing.The application of GIS technology in environmental impact assessment can improve the accuracy of assessment,provide more environmental information basis for planning management,and ensure the rationality of project planning.This paper expounds the specific functions and application status of GIS,and analyzes the application practice of GIS technology in environmental impact assessment.
