摘要
带式输送机在进行物料输送中多采用钢丝绳芯输送带,在长期的使用过程中,容易产生钢丝绳芯抽出断带的危险,造成安全事故。针对输送带使用的钢丝绳芯的安全使用性能,采用有限元分析的方式对不同的影响因素作用进行分析,建立了输送带分析的有限元模型,并对钢丝绳长度、钢丝绳直径和橡胶层厚度三种影响因素的作用进行分析,从而为带式输送机输送带的安全使用提供参考。
Belt conveyors mostly use steel cord core conveyor belts for material transportation,which are prone to the danger of the wire cord core pulling out and breaking the belt during long-term use,resulting in safety accidents.For the safe use performance of the steel cord core used in conveyor belt,the finite element analysis is used to analyze the role of different influencing factors,and the finite element model of conveyor belt analysis is established,and the role of three influencing factors is analyzed including wire rope length,wire rope diameter and rubber layer thickness,so as to provide reference for the safe use of belt conveyor belt.
