基于蔡司CALYPSO软件的注塑斜齿轮精密测量及分析

摘要 针对POM材质注塑斜齿轮热膨胀系数较大,斜齿轮注塑成型容易出现凝固应力收缩变形和其他几何精度误差,产生啮合精度降低等问题,探索运用蔡司三坐标测量仪及CALYPSO软件模块对注塑斜齿轮进行精密测量。分析星形测针的结构功能特点和斜齿轮测量数据生成过程,以及运用CALYPSO软件进行斜齿轮精密测量的工作流程、测针设置和检测方法,建立完整配套的注塑斜齿轮精密检测体系,提高斜齿轮注塑成型质量。 In view of the large thermal expansion coefficient of the POM material injection helical gear,the injection molding of the helical gear is prone to solidification stress shrinkage deformation and other geometric accuracy errors,resulting in problems such as reduced meshing accuracy and so on.The use of Zeiss CMM and CALYPSO software module for precise measurement of injection-molded helical gears was explored.The structural and functional characteristics of the star stylus and the generation process of the helical gear measurement data were analyzed,and the CALYPSO software was used to carry out the work flow,stylus setting and detection method of helical gear precision measurement,establish a complete set of injection helical gear precision detection system,and improve the injection molding quality of helical gear.
