摘要
为缓解城市停车难、停车乱的问题,设计了具有灵活存取和自动卡车功能的三维立体车库模型。采用建立三维模型的方法,开展了针对卡紧、存取搬运车辆和提高安全性的研究设计。车库由平移模块、升降模块、保护模块和载车模块四个模块组成,整体采用钢架结构,停车位可增减且互不干扰,平移和升降模块实现车辆的存取搬运功能,载车模块的载车板设计,实现卡车和自动复位的功能,而且突破了原有固定一个距离卡车的限制。最后利用机械结构与电机相互配合,实现断电和断线的双重保护功能,提高了安全性。
In order to alleviate the problem of difficult and chaotic parking in the city, this three-dimensional garage model with flexible access and automatic truck function is designed. This time, the method of establishing three-dimensional model is used to carry out the research and design for tightening the card, accessing and handling vehicles and improving safety. The garage is composed of four modules:translation module, lifting module, protection module and car-carrying module. The overall steel frame structure, parking spaces can be increased or decreased and do not interfere with each other. Pan and lift module to achieve the vehicle access handling function, the carrier module of the carrier plate design, to achieve the truck and automatic reset function, and break the original fixed a distance truck limit.Finally, the use of mechanical structures and motors with each other to achieve the double protection function of power failure and wire breakage to improve safety.
