采煤机机电短程截割传动系统实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决采煤机传动齿轮传动系统可靠性低、自适应能力差的问题,以MG300/700采煤机为研究对象,提出了机电短程截割传动系统的总体设计思路和液压系统参数的匹配性设计,完成了包括电动机、液压马达、液压泵等关键部件的选型,基于AMESim构建机电短程截割传动系统仿真模型,并对其在载荷突变工况下采煤机截割部滚筒旋转速度的跟踪性能进行仿真分析,表明滚筒旋转速度可在短时间内调整并跟随预定设定的速度运行。 In order to solve the problems of low reliability and poor self-adaptive capability of the gear transmission system of coal mining machine,the general design idea of electromechanical short-range cut-off transmission system and the matching design of hydraulic system parameters are proposed with MG300/700 coal mining machine as an example,and the selection of key components including motor,hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump is completed;the simulation model of electromechanical short-range cut-off transmission system is constructed based on AMESim,and the simulation of the rotational speed of the cut-off drum of the coal mining machine under the sudden change of load is investigated.The simulation model of electromechanical short-range cut-off transmission system is built based on AMESim,and the tracking performance of the rotating speed of the cut-off drum of coal mining machine under the sudden change of load is simulated and analyzed.It is indicated that the drum rotation speed can be adjusted in a short time and follow a predetermined set speed.
