挖掘式装载机液压系统的设计

摘要 为解决针对岩石硬度大于8工作面采用悬臂式掘进机时掘进速度慢和巷道成型质量差的问题,结合巷道掘进工况和负荷要求完成了挖掘式装载机的整体设计,并确定了主要性能参数;同时,提出了挖掘式装载机液压系统设计的步骤和流程,并基于上述步骤和流程对挖掘式装载机液压系统中的泵、行走部以及冷却部的参数进行设计,为相关元器件的选型提供依据,为今后挖掘式装载机的整体结构设计和装配奠定基础。 In order to solve the problems of slow tunneling speed and poor roadway forming quality when using cantilever roadheader in the working face with rock hardness greater than 8,the overall design of the excavator loader was completed in combination with the roadway driving conditions and load requirements,and the main performance parameters were determined;At the same time,the steps and procedures for the design of the hydraulic system of the excavator loader are proposed,and the parameters of the pump,walking part and cooling part in the hydraulic system of the excavator loader are designed based on the above steps and procedures,which provides a basis for the selection of relevant components,and lays a foundation for the overall structure design and assembly of the excavator loader in the future.
