摘要
为保证矿用变频器的性能能够满足煤矿生产的实际需求,尤其是大型机电设备的软启动、节能运行要求,结合当前研究成果完成了矿用变频器的整体设计,包括硬件(关键功率元器件的选型)和主控制流程的设计,并结合煤矿生产的特殊性针对性地完成了矿用变频器的工艺设计和散热装置的设计,为今后变频器的升级换代奠定基础。
In order to ensure the performance of mining inverter can meet the actual needs of coal mine production, especially the requirements of soft start and energy-saving operation of large electromechanical equipment, the overall design of mining inverter, including the design of hardware(selection of key power components) and main control process, combined with the special characteristics of coal mine production, the process design and heat dissipation device of mining inverter are completed. The overall design of the mine inverter,including hardware(selection of key power components) and main control flow design, was combined with the special characteristics of coal mine production.
