摘要
煤矿开采过程中产生大量的粉尘,对煤矿的安全开采及作业人员健康造成威胁。针对煤矿工作面的降尘需求,设计了高压喷雾降尘系统,对系统的布置进行描述,并对喷嘴的结构及安装位置进行设计。对所设计的系统采用滤膜法进行效果分析。结果表明,高压喷雾降尘系统对工作面的降尘效率中总粉尘达72.9%、呼吸性粉尘达62.3%,具有较好的降尘效果。
A large amount of dust is generated during the coal mining process,which poses a threat to the safety of coal mining and the health of operators.The high-pressure spray dust reduction system is designed for the dust reduction needs of the coal mine working face,the arrangement of the system is described,and the structure and installation position of the nozzles are designed.The effect analysis of the designed system was carried out using the filter membrane method,and the results showed that the dust reduction efficiency of the high-pressure spray dust reduction system on the working face reached 72.9%for total dust and 62.3%for respiratory dust,which has a good dust reduction effect.
