矿井综采工作面高效喷雾降尘装置设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低粉尘对矿井生产和职工生命安全的影响,基于雾滴捕集尘粒作用机理,设计了一种高效喷雾降尘系统装置,并对比分析装置安装前后综采面的粉尘浓度。结果表明:采用该喷雾除尘装置后,各测点降尘率明显大幅提升,且在采煤机司机、移架工位置的呼尘、全尘降尘率分别是89.6%、89.4%和89.1%、90.1%,表明该综采工作面原粉尘浓度最高的割煤、移架位置处的粉尘得到有效抑制。 In order to reduce the impact of dust on mine production and workers’life safety,a high-efficiency spray dust reduction system device was designed based on the mechanism of dust particle trapping by fog droplets,and the dust concentration at the header mining face before and after the installation of the device was compared and analysed.The results show that the dust reduction rate at each measurement point has significantly increased after the adoption of the spray dust removal device,and the dust reduction rates at the coal miner driver and frame-shifter positions are 89.6%,89.4%and 89.1%and 90.1%respectively,indicating that the dust at the coal miner and frame-shifter positions,where the original dust concentration is the highest,has been effectively suppressed.
