摘要
阐述了传统刮板输送机的安装施工工艺,提出了其存在的问题,设计开发出了中部槽液压起吊车,介绍了BYX-5中部槽液压起吊车组成及参数,分析了刮板输送机的安装施工新工艺改进点、功效及安全性。
The installation and construction process of traditional scraper conveyor is described,its problems are put forward,the design and development of the hydraulic lifting truck of the central trough are presented,the composition and parameters of the BYX-5 hydraulic lifting truck of the central trough are introduced,and the improvement points,efficacy and safety of the new process of scraper conveyor installation and construction are analyzed.
