摘要
为有效解决当前供热锅炉烟气净化系统中袋式除尘器内部气流组织不稳定导致滤带损坏且运行阻力大的问题,在对袋式除尘器原理及结构进行概述的基础上,基于CFD软件构建了供热锅炉除尘器的仿真模型,对其气流组织进行摸底,分析其薄弱环节;根据摸底结构对除尘器的结构进行优化设计,通过优化结果最终确定采用在灰斗处安装挡风板的措施。
In order to effectively solve the problem of unstable internal airflow organization of the bag-type dust collector in the flue gas purification system of the heating boiler,which leads to damage of the filter belt and high operating resistance,on the basis of an overview of the principle and structure of the bag-type dust collector,a simulation model of the dust collector of the heating boiler was constructed based on CFD software to map its airflow organization and analyse its weak points;the structure of the dust collector was optimized according to the mapped structure.The design of the dust collector was optimised based on the mapped structure,and the final decision was made to install a baffle at the ash hopper.
