带式输送机巡检机器人智能传感与控制系统设计及现场试验分析

摘要 为了提高带式输送机运输系统的巡检工作效率,提出一种带式输送机巡检机器人控制系统,对系统构成及传感器进行研究,对巡检机器人的图像采集功能、环境感知功能等优化设计进行重点分析。经现场工业性试验结果表明:该控制系统可以实现对数据、图像以及声音的识别,同时具备监测预警功能,有效提高了巡检效率,取得显著应用成效。 In order to improve the inspection efficiency of the belt conveyor transport system,a belt conveyor inspection robot control system is proposed,the system composition and sensors are studied,and the optimized design of the inspection robot’s image acquisition function and environment sensing function are focused on analysis.The results of the field industrial tests show that the control system can The results of the industrial field test show that the control system can realize the recognition of data,image and sound,and also has the monitoring and early warning function,which effectively improves the inspection efficiency and achieves significant application results.
