摘要 针对当前矿用皮带输送机在恒速运行中存在设备磨损率高和电能浪费的问题,结合矿用皮带输送机的实际运行情况进行分析,在了解皮带输送机的受力情况后设计一种基于PLC技术且具有节能效果的控制系统。对控制系统中的硬件部分和软件部分进行设计,以期提高电能的利用率,延长皮带机的使用寿命,促进煤矿企业的健康发展。 Aiming at the current problems of high wear rate and wastage of electric energy in the constant speed operation of mining belt conveyor,a control system based on PLC technology with energy-saving effect is designed after understanding the force situation of the belt conveyor by analyzing the actual operation of the mining belt conveyor.The hardware and software parts of the control system are designed to improve the utilization rate of electric energy,prolong the service life of the belt conveyor and promote the healthy development of coal mining enterprises.
