摘要
为提高井下原煤运输系统工作效率、降低设备磨损及能耗,对带式输送机集中控制系统进行研究,提出集中控制系统集成顺煤流一键启动、运行速度自动调节功能,可提高多条搭接带式输送机启动效率,并降低启动、运行过程中能耗。现场工业实践表明,提出的集中控制系统运行平稳,可满足井下原煤运输需求。
In order to improve the efficiency of underground raw coal transportation system and reduce equipment wear and energy consumption,the centralized control system of belt conveyor is studied.It is proposed that the centralized control system integrates one-touch start of downstream coal flow and automatic adjustment of running speed,which can improve the starting efficiency of multiple lap belt conveyors and reduce energy consumption during starting and running.The field industrial practice also shows that the proposed centralized control system operates smoothly and can meet the needs of underground raw coal transportation.
