摘要
针对煤矿开采中液压支架的控制技术问题,通过分析自动化控制技术,提出了针对液压支架自动化控制系统的研究方法,具体研究了自动化控制系统的组成以及参数配置,并进行实际应用。结果表明:运用了自动化技术之后,减少了装置10%左右的故障监测时间,节约了装置在运行期间的维护成本,提高了煤矿综采工作面的开采效率。
Aiming at the problem of control technology of hydraulic support in coal mine mining,the research method of the automatic control system of hydraulic support is proposed by analyzing the automatic control technology,and the composition and parameter configuration of the automatic control system are specifically studied and practically applied,and the results show that after using the automatic technology,the failure monitoring time of the device is reduced by about 10%,and the The results showed that the use of automation technology reduced the time of fault monitoring of the device by about 10%,saved the maintenance cost of the device during operation,and improved the mining efficiency of the coal mine.
